You will work on flagship workflows such as call coaching, reporting, ticket classification, and revenue operations. Your job is not to build demos. You will turn promising AI use cases into reliable systems with clear autonomy boundaries, human escalation, robust integrations, and measurable quality. You will join our AI & Security team and help establish the engineering standard for agentic systems across the company: evaluation-first development, observability, guardrails, cost control, and continuous improvement.
