## About the Role

* min. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, davon relevante Erfahrung mit mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche:
 * UiPath-Entwicklung: Fundierte Kenntnisse in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator und Bot-Architektur. Du hast bereits produktive Automatisierungen gebaut und betreut
 * Python mit KI-Frameworks: Praktische Erfahrung mit LangChain, Pydantic AI oder vergleichbaren Frameworks. Du verstehst, wie man LLMs in produktive Workflows integriert
 * Node.js / TypeScript: Du kannst Backend-Services und APIs entwickeln und weißt, wie man saubere, wartbare Schnittstellen baut

Den Rest lernst Du bei uns

 * Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (unsere Kunden sind deutsche Steuerkanzleien)

Nice-to-haves

 * Erfahrung mit React (Frontend für unsere geplante SaaS-Plattform)
 * Erfahrung mit Azure-Plattform (Functions, Document Intelligence, AI Services)
 * Kenntnisse der Zoho-Plattform (CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk)
 * Erfahrung mit DATEV oder Verständnis für Steuerprozesse in Deutschland
 * Kenntnisse in LlamaIndex, OpenAI API oder anderen LLM-Integrationen
 * Erfahrung mit VB.NET (kommt in UiPath-Projekten vor)
 * Grundverständnis von Pydantic-Datenmodellen und Validierung
