## Description

* Überwachung der gesamten Infrastruktur, Verwaltung und Einrichtung von EDV-Hardware inkl. Telefonie und Multifunktionsgeräten in der Geschäftsstelle und den Außenstandorten
 * Auf- und Abbau von neuen und gebrauchten Geräten
 * First-Level-Anwender-Support (Windows, MS365, Outlook, Word und Excel)
 * Kenntnisse von Hardware inkl. Peripherie (gängige Standardhersteller)
 * Druckmanagement (Fehler und Störungsbeseitigung) in der Geschäftsstelle und den Außenstellen
 * Datenschutzkonformes Arbeiten mit sicherstellung eines datenschutzkonformen IT-Betriebs
 * Inventarisierung und Dokumentation von Hard- und Software
 * Firewall-Administration
