## About the Role

* Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre nachweisbare Praxis in der IT-Architektur, im Applikationsbetrieb oder in hybriden Infrastrukturen.
 * Hands-on Cloud-Kompetenz: Fundierte, aktuelle Erfahrung im Betrieb von Applikationen bei Hyperscalern (bevorzugt Azure, alternativ AWS oder GCP) in den letzten 2 Jahren.
 * KI- & Automatisierungs-Skills:
 + Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Machine Learning (MLOps) und Generative AI (RAG, Prompt-Engineering, Vector-Datenbanken) mit.
 + Du beherrschst PowerShell und Python sicher für die Automatisierung und API-Anbindung.
 + Hinweis: Wir suchen keinen reinen Data Scientist, sondern jemanden, der KI-Modelle in produktive Anwendungen integriert und betreibt.
 * Reguliertes Umfeld: Du hast Erfahrung mit den Anforderungen in regulierten Bereichen (z. B. KRITIS, NIS-2, ISO 27001); Kenntnisse im Pharma/GxP-Umfeld sind ein willkommenes Plus.
 * Kommunikation & Sprache: Du hast Freude daran, komplexe technische Sachverhalte auch nicht-technischen Kollegen verständlich zu machen. Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau (bzw. verhandlungssicher) sowie sehr gutes Englisch.

Du designst moderne, hybride Cloud-Architekturen, integrierst wegweisende KI-Anwendungen und sorgst gleichzeitig dafür, dass die Systeme im Alltag stabil, sicher und performant laufen.
