## About the Role

+ 5-7 years of experience in hardware design, system architecture, or systems engineering

 + Strong background in deploying and debugging complex compute and networking architectures

 + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams

 + Hands-on experience with in-rack and data center-scale systems, including installation, configuration, and validation

Desirable Requirements

 + Proven experience in the design and deployment of solution-level AI and enterprise Server/ Storage/HPC data center systems

 + Previous customer-facing technical roles (deployment, escalation, field engineering, or solution architecture)

## Description

We are seeking a **Senior Systems Development Engineer** to serve as a **hands** - **on** **technical leader** for the deployment, validation, and stabilization of advanced **data center solutions** . This role is deeply engaged in customer site system bring-up, working directly with Dell internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure complex solutions are deployed successfully and achieve **customer productivity within committed timelines.**

Responsibilities

You will:

 + Triage, debug and deploy Server/Storage/HPC System architectures and solutions

 + Debugging and issue resolution at factory integration at Dell and 3rd-party sites

 + Support of Dell Services escalation resolution when needed

 + Support for lab builds and customer evals

 + Travel when required
