## About the Role

* 6 years of Systems Analysis, Design and/or Support OR
 * 2 years Specific Systems experience with demonstrated competency in department as an Associate Systems Analyst OR
 * 2 years experience required with a Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science field

Preferred Skills and Experience:

 * Information Systems (IS) Pharmacy experience
 * Cerner PharmNet experience
 * Cerner Millennium experience
 * Prior Pharmacy Tech or Pharmacist Experience

Education:

 * Bachelors - Information Services Related; OR
 * High School or Equivalent

## Description

* Under minimal supervision, provides customer support for Information Technology related issues in designated areas of the health system
 * Technical responsibilities include maintaining a working knowledge of customer's daily operations to ensure superior technical support, identifying process improvements based on customer's needs and troubleshooting and providing client support for systems and applications
 * May participate in Project Management from inception to completion and performs other duties as assigned
 * Competent to work in most phases of systems analysis but may require guidance in others
 * An understanding of relevant technology, tools, and methods is required
 * A sound knowledge of at least one core technical area or business process is required.
