* Unterstützung des Teams bei der Nutzung des WMS und verbundener Systeme
 * Mitwirkung bei Systemoptimierung und Prozessverbesserungen
 * Klassifizierung von Anfragen über Ticketsysteme
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Applikationsbetriebs und Single Point of Contact im Störungsfall
 * Professionelle Abwicklung von IT-Serviceaufträgen
 * Erstellung und Pflege der Systemdokumentation
 * Monitoring von Datensicherung und Serverüberwachung
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Standard Operating Procedures
 * Entwicklung und Anpassung von Dashboards und Reports
 * Erfassung von Anforderungen und Erstellung funktionaler Spezifikationen
