## About the Role

* Thrive in ambiguous environments; does not need a perfectly manicured dataset; can successfully build the pipes to create one
 * Strong proficiency in modern Artificial Intelligence, data engineering, and software development (e.g., JavaScript, data visualization tools, vibe coding)
 * Demonstrated ability to use AI to build rapid solutions and a strong portfolio of solving complex data architecture problems from scratch
 * Must have active DoD Secret clearance.
 * Experience with Naval Aviation

Highly Desired Experience

 * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, PowerBI, or DoD datalake environments
 * Experience with Navy aviation production or sustainment programs
 * Familiarity with Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Government Furnished Information (GFI) management

## Description

* Ingest, clean, and architect a usable database from currently disorganized production data streams
 * Design and deploy a reliable database and tracking system for Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Government Furnished Information (GFI)
 * Serve as the primary technical authority to evaluate the current data environment and select the most effective technology stack (databases, scripting, visualization) for the unique needs
 * Design, build, and maintain custom software tools and dashboards that automate manual processes and provide real-time analytics to the production management team
 * Use existing, ATO-approved DoD enterprise environments (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps, PowerBI, existing datalakes) to rapidly deploy solutions without triggering new cyber/ATO compliance cycles
 * Identify opportunities to apply or leverage machine learning or advanced analytics
 * Act as a standalone individual contributor who can seamlessly translate non-technical requirements from the Production Lead into technical solutions
 * Collaborate with external vendors or stakeholders when necessary to acquire data
