 * Betrieb und Verwaltung der virtualisierten Server unter Hyper-V
 * Überwachung der IT-Infrastruktur und des Backups
 * Konfiguration inklusive Patchen verschiedener Netzwerk- und Sicherheitskomponenten (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN und VoIP)
 * Installation und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, mobilen Endgeräten, Druckern sowie Netzwerk-Komponenten
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs im Rahmen des 1st/2nd Level Supports
