 * Reporting-Tools: Erste Berührungspunkte mit gängigen Analyse- und Reporting-Werkzeugen (z. B. Qlik, Crystal Reports) oder Erfahrung in BI-Projekten sind ein klares Plus.
 * Branchenkenntnis: Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung aus dem Krankenhaus- oder Healthcare-Sektor mit (keine Voraussetzung).
 * Persönlichkeit: Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Motivation für neue technologische Herausforderungen sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
