 * Support von vorhandener System-, Standard- und Fachanwendungssoftware
 * Customer Service im First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Management von System- und Softwareaktualisierungen
 * Erweiterung und Anpassung der vorhandenen Systeme im Zuge der Digitalisierung
 * Durchführung allgemeiner Systemadministration sowie Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Dokumentation technischer Prozesse
