## About the Role

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwissenschaften o.ä. mit IT-Hintergrund und willst Software mit echtem Impact gestalten.
 * Du bist schon länger im Software-Business unterwegs, bringst nachgewiesene relevante Erfahrung mit und kennst dich idealerweise mit SAFe aus.
 * Du sprichst fließend Agile - Scrum und SAFe sind für dich keine Fremdwörter.
 * Zertifizierungen wie CSM/PSM oder SAFe RTE/SPC sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
 * Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher und kannst durch Deine Kommunikationsstärke punkten.

## Description

* Du moderierst unsere agilen Meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, etc.) und unterstützt die Teams dabei, agile Prinzipien zu leben.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product Owner zusammen, um ein klares Backlog zu erstellen und sicherzustellen, dass wir stets hohe Qualitätsstandards einhalten.
 * Du identifizierst und beseitigst alles, was die Teams blockiert, und sorgst für reibungslose Prozesse.
 * Wenn du den Release Train übernimmst, optimierst du den gesamten Flow und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teams.
 * Du organisierst und moderierst unsere PI-Plannings (bei Übernahme RTE) und stellst sicher, dass alle an einem Strang ziehen.
 * Du förderst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch Retrospektiven und analysierst die Performance der Teams.
