## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Portfolio-Management-Systems inkl. Governance-Strukturen
 * Erstellung, Konsolidierung und Optimierung zentraler Portfolio-Reports sowie Dashboards inkl. Automatisierung der Prozesse
 * Pflege, Qualitätssicherung und aktive Steuerung konsistenter Projekt- und Portfoliodaten
 * High-Level-Analyse von Portfolio und Projekten inkl. Identifikation von Risiken, Lücken und strategischen Schwerpunkten
 * Unterstützung beim organisationsweiten Wissensaufbau und der Adoption von KI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen
 * Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings, Formaten und Impulsen zur Einführung KI-gestützter Arbeitsweisen, auch auf Management-Ebene
 * Unterstützung beim organisationsweiten Wissensaufbau und der Adoption von KI-gestützten Arbeitsweisen
