This role involves managing high-level IT projects, ensuring alignment with federal guidelines, and driving successful outcomes within a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in both traditional and Agile project environments., * Act as the single point of contact for customers' Federal IT Program Managers, ensuring seamless communication and project coordination. * Oversee and execute IT projects following both traditional waterfall and Agile life cycle methodologies. * Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. * Develop clear, complete project management artifacts (charters, plans, schedules, requirements, and reports) in accordance with PMO standards and lifecycle processes. * Collaborate across matrixed teams to coordinate resources and ensure successful project execution. * Utilize advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Visio skills to create and manage project documentation, reports, and presentations. * Communicate effectively with senior leaders, delivering updates, insights, and recommendations. * Leverage expertise in strategic thinking, multi-tasking, negotiation, conflict management, and time management to drive project success. ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
