JustTech is seeking a motivated Systems Administrator / IT Analyst to join our growing Managed IT Services team. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex IT challenges, and thrive in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Based in Southern Maryland, this full-time position provides a combination of in-office work and onsite support for local business clients. A company vehicle is provided for business travel., We're looking for someone with a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and a strong work ethic., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent professional experience

 * Relevant IT certifications such as:
 + CompTIA A+
 + Network+
 + Microsoft Certifications
 * Experience with:
 + Windows Server 2019 or newer
 + Windows 10 & Windows 11
 + Hyper-V
 + Active Directory
 + Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
 + Microsoft 365
 + Network security and firewalls
 + Remote and onsite troubleshooting
 + Antivirus and endpoint protection
 * Understanding of:
 + LAN/WAN networking
 + Networking protocols and standards
 + Office productivity applications

Preferred Experience

 * Microsoft Intune
 * Windows Autopilot
 * PowerShell or other scripting/automation experience

## Description

As a Systems Administrator / IT Analyst, you will provide technical support and network administration for a variety of business environments. Responsibilities include:

 * Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows servers and workstations
 * Providing onsite and remote technical support
 * Managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), and Active Directory environments
 * Supporting Hyper-V virtual server environments
 * Troubleshooting networking, firewall, and connectivity issues
 * Implementing security best practices and virus protection solutions
 * Assisting with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot deployments
 * Documenting systems and maintaining accurate records
 * Delivering outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships
