## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
 * 1+ years of professional mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, and/or manufacturing (internships/co-ops and club projects can apply)

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 * Master's degree inan engineering discipline
 * Experience with integration and testing of propulsion, thermal, electrical, and/or structural systems
 * Experience working with composites and integration of avionics systems
 * Documentation and configuration management experience
 * Experience writing test plans, and procedures and providing go/no-go judgment and rationale
 * Experience in a production environment
 * Demonstrated engineering intuition, critical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity, * To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. * 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. * 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. ## Description

As an Integration & Test Engineer supporting our enterprise aviation customers, you will be tasked with owning test software, test equipment, integrated testing of electrical and network systems, and will be a technical resource for fellow engineering, specialist and technician colleagues. You will be responsible for developing, validating and maintaining high-reliability, high-performing enterprise network solutions for Starlink., * Design, activate and operate test hardware and equipment including test software as needed to evaluate component and system performance for various mobility network applications

 * Troubleshoot hardware issues real-time, push feedback to correct owners to eliminate repeat issues
 * Aid in investigations and root-cause analysis of any non-conformances, and work with responsible engineers to develop test requirements for flight hardware, driving hardware and system design improvements.
 * Work with teams across disciplines including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to conceptualize and develop test systems required to test Starlink hardware
 * Create and modify software applications to run data acquisition and control systems
