Working under the guidance of senior product and technology leaders, this role collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to help translate business needs into actionable work, maintain prioritized backlogs, and support delivery processes focused on achieving business outcomes. The Technical Product Owner I develops foundational product ownership and familiarity with development frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc., while contributing to delivery planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement efforts. This role partners with cross-functional teams to support small, frequent releases, improve product quality, and gain experience balancing business priorities with technical and operational needs. The Technical Product Owner I operates with growing independence while receiving coaching and mentorship from Technical Product Owner II and senior team members.
