* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 * Supply Chain leadership experience
 * Operational Excellence experience
 * 10+ years of experience leading enterprise systems in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
 * Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, project management, and supply chain systems.
 * APICS - CPIM or Black Belt Preferred
