## About the Role

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 2 years equivalent experience in a hands-on high-volume web or HTML email design and publishing environment (or equivalent)
 * Photoshop expertise, particularly setting up files for web production and adhering to graphic design standards
 * Excellent design and typography sensibilities applicable to web pages and HTML email
 * Solid standards-based HTML, CSS, and general web publishing knowledge
 * Highly detail oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel
 * Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills in English, both written and verbal
 * Establishes rapport and collaborates easily with designers and web developers
 * Able to adhere to a consistent graphic production and checking process, while also identifying opportunities for improvement
 * Ability to be client facing
 * Proficiency in OS & iOS software
 * Amenable to work hybrid and onsite in BGC

## Description

* Update product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps, and output web graphics
 * Structure Photoshop comps to optimise efficient production design and localisation workflows using slices, smart objects, and layer comps
 * Track and check on web graphics using a version control system
 * Work closely with producers, traffic, development, publishing, and international teams to meet project goals and ensure efficient file handoffs for localization
 * Review final webpages and HTML email with an exacting eye, ensuring that graphics and layouts are flawless
 * Support training of newer team members
