From intake through implementation and operational readiness., * Ability to develop and execute digital delivery roadmaps aligned with business strategy. * Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile applications, digital deposit, loan origination systems, and digital sales and servicing journeys. * Experience leading agile or iterative delivery practices, including backlog management and prioritization. * Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and competing priorities. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across executive and operational audiences. * Experience using metrics and performance data to drive decisions and continuous improvement. Education/Certifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Strategy, Marketing, or a related field.
