You will lead a platform team building a browser-based, multi-user analysis platform used across several developer-tools products, and lead the cross-team architecture alignment that turns a prototype into a shared product foundation.

What you'll be doing:

 * Lead the platform engineering team (frontend, backend, data, security) while guiding the roadmap from prototype hardening to productization.
 * Drive the architecture readout and align principles, standard terms, and a component-compliance guideline across multiple consuming product teams.
 * Govern the architecture guideline and P0 gap matrix; resolve open decisions (auth model, session semantics, data plane, plugin API) with one accountable owner per question.
 * Manage the external-framing/shareability story: present honestly as an architecture spike with concrete guidelines and identified productization gaps, without over-claiming finished capabilities.
