 * Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.

 * Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.

 * Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS).

 * Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

 * Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members.

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II. (CCNA - SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security +; SSCP)" "* Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications.

 * Experience reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies.

 * ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., Administrator, Developer).
