Preferred Skills + Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA). + Experienced with IT audit processes and risk management frameworks. + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational changes. ## Description The North American IT Operations Service Manager is responsible for maintaining a robust IT governance framework that ensures compliance with regulatory, financial, and operational standards.
