Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation preferred; experience administering other enterprise Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms such as Xactly, Varicent, SAP Commissions (Callidus), CaptivateIQ, Anaplan, or similar solutions will also be considered. * Background supporting complex incentive compensation programs in a multi-business-unit or global environment. * Knowledge of compensation governance, payroll processes, audit controls, and reporting frameworks. * Exposure to enterprise integrations, business intelligence solutions, and system implementation projects. * Track record of delivering automation, scalability, and process improvement initiatives. ## Description Arrow Electronics is seeking a Manager, Incentive Compensation Systems to serve as the business owner and subject matter expert for our Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform, currently Oracle Incentive Compensation. This role is responsible for system administration, configuration, reporting, process improvement, and ongoing platform optimization. The position partners with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Sales leaders to support compensation processing, system enhancements, data integrations, reporting, and global deployment initiatives. This role translates business requirements into scalable system solutions, drives automation and continuous improvement efforts, and combines leadership responsibilities with active involvement in the day-to-day operation and evolution of Arrow's incentive compensation systems.
