This role evaluates technical feasibility, prepares project proposals, and develops/modifies systems to meet business needs while applying secure coding, performance, and maintainability standards. The position leads projects, directs and mentors developers/contractors, and provides technical leadership across architecture, implementation, testing, release, and production support.
