This role will help build the enterprise control plane that makes Codex secure, governable, and trustworthy at scale. You will design and operate backend systems that give enterprise administrators visibility and control over how Codex is used across their organization. You will work across identity, access, encryption, policy enforcement, auditability, and admin controls. This may include systems that let customers manage encryption keys, control which Codex capabilities are enabled, enforce organizational policies, and understand how data flows through Codex. This role owns systems end-to-end: from architecture and implementation to production operations, with a strong bias for security, reliability, quality, and velocity.
