Coming from the Construction industry, you will leverage your experience in preconstruction processes-including takeoff, estimating, bid management, prequalification, and cost control-to help customers solve real-world challenges and unlock value through the Forma Industry Cloud (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud / ACC). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success, you will lead technical engagements with some of Autodesk's largest and most strategic AECO customers in North America. You will partner closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver both standardized and bespoke engagements aligned to Customer Success Plans. As a trusted technical advisor, you will guide customers in modernizing preconstruction workflows, connecting design and field data, and improving cost predictability, bid accuracy, and collaboration across stakeholders. *This role is remote with up to 20% travel required.
