## About the Role

*8-10 years of progressive IT project management experience managing large, complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
*Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-level technology projects such as CRM, ERP, infrastructure, data integration, or cloud-based systems
*Minimum 5 years engaging with business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable project plans
*Expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches
*Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or Jira
*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, *PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certification(s)
*Track record of using data-driven insights to guide project planning and risk management
*Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies and how enterprises are applying them to drive digital transformation
*Demonstrated relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills across diverse stakeholder groups

## Description

The client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of large-scale, complex technology initiatives that support the organization's strategic priorities across cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups., *Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale IT projects across departments, including CRM, ERP, infrastructure, data integration, and cloud initiatives
*Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and executive sponsors, translating strategic goals into actionable project plans
*Facilitate standups, steering committees, and status meetings to keep cross-functional teams and external vendors aligned on scope, ownership, and progress
*Build and maintain detailed project plans in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or Jira, tracking milestones, dependencies, scope, and budget in real time
*Conduct proactive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, navigating ambiguity as priorities shift
*Present project health, risks, and financial performance to governance groups and senior leadership
*Manage project budgets end-to-end, identifying cost-saving opportunities and maintaining full financial accountability
