## About the Role

* SAP HCM Payroll experience with strong Belgium payroll expertise.
 * 5 to 7 years of techno-functional experience.
 * At least two full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations.
 * Hands-on experience with payroll schemas and PCRs (mandatory).
 * Strong knowledge of wage types, processing classes, cumulation classes, and evaluation classes.
 * Experience with Belgian legal requirements, legal change packages, and year-end activities.
 * Integration experience with SAP Time Management, PA/OM, and FI/CO.
 * Strong ABAP HR skills, including PNP/PNPCE, macros, internal tables, and payroll clusters (PCL1, PCL2, PCL4).
 * Experience with user exits, BAdIs, BTEs, ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs.
 * Ability to handle payroll defects, off-cycle payroll issues, tax calculation discrepancies, and Tier 3 support.

## Description

We are seeking an SAP Belgium Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to join our client's team on a remote contract basis. The role involves handling payroll defects, off-cycle payroll issues, tax calculation discrepancies, and Tier 3 support., * Provide SAP HCM Payroll support with Belgium payroll expertise

 * Handle payroll defects, off-cycle issues, tax discrepancies, and Tier 3 support
 * Work with payroll schemas and PCRs (mandatory)
