 * Strong proficiency in PHP + Symfony and Doctrine ORM
 * Proven experience with React, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
 * Comfortable with UI frameworks and component-based development
 * Solid understanding of Git, Agile/Scrum
 * Experience building and consuming APIs
 * Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
 * Comfortable supporting customer service teams on a shared rota

Desirable

 * Knowledge of MongoDB
 * Experience with Docker and containerisation
 * Familiarity with microservices and state management libraries like Redux
 * Experience with unit testing (front-end and back-end)
 * Interest in software innovation and continuous improvement
