## About the Role

* A Minimum of 3 project references proving Hands-on functional expertise in setting up Core HR in Oracle Fusion - HCM Cloud with experience in at least three of the below Oracle Fusion - HCM Cloud modules, * A minimum of 5 years business analyst experience demonstrating experience with review and optimization of human resource processes.

Desirable:

 * Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting or a similar recruitment application;
 * Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programs;
 * Experience with public sector entities and/or international organisations.

## Description

* Assisting with regression testing activities;
 * Completing the transition to Redwood pages;
 * Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting Oracle Fast Formulas for validations and absence rules.
