## Description

* Installation, Betreuung und Wartung von Computern, Kassensystemen und IT-Anwendungen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten (Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune)
 * Mitarbeit bei der Modernisierung der IT (z. B. Windows 11, Cloud-Lösungen), * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs von Internet, WLAN und Netzwerken in allen Shops
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Sicherheitsprojekten (z. B. Virenschutz, Zugriffskontrollen)
 * Unterstützung des Security-Teams bei Prüfungen und technischen Kontrollen, * Unterstützung bei IT-Problemen in den Shops (z. B. Kasse, PC, WLAN)
 * Arbeiten mit Ticketsystemen (Jira) und saubere Dokumentation der Lösungen
 * Verständliche Erklärung technischer Themen für Kolleg*innen ohne IT-Hintergrund
 * Rufbereitschaft nach Vereinbarung (05:00 - 22:00 Uhr)
 * Alle 1-2 Monate Dienstreisen innerhalb Österreichs
 * 1 Tag pro Woche Home Office möglich
