Das Platforms Team rund um Marcel Hovezak begleitet Kund:innen bei Themen wie ServiceNow-Transformationen, Prozessdigitalisierung, IT-Service-Management und der Einführung skalierbarer Plattformarchitekturen - von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.

 * Entwicklung skalierbarer Plattform- und Lösungsarchitekturen
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und Modellierung fachlicher sowie technischer Anforderungen
 * Design von End-to-End-Lösungen über mehrere ServiceNow-Module hinweg
 * Steuerung komplexer Projekt- und Stakeholderlandschaften
 * Weiterentwicklung des ServiceNow-Portfolios sowie Unterstützung bei Business Development Aktivitäten, * Kenntnisse in ITIL, ITSM oder agilen Methoden
 * Technisches Verständnis von JavaScript oder modernen Webtechnologien
 * ServiceNow-Zertifizierungen (z. B. CSA, CTA)
