* Entwicklung von AI-Agenten und agentischen Workflows zur Unterstützung von Requirements Engineering, Spezifikation und Softwareintegration
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung AI-basierter Services zur Analyse von Dokumentationen, Unternehmensdaten und bestehenden IT-Systemen
 * Entwicklung produktionsnaher AI-Lösungen sowie Umsetzung moderner Agentic-AI-Technologien (z. B. Tool Calling, MCP, Retrieval und Workflow-Orchestrierung)
 * Mitarbeit an Proof of Concepts und MVPs sowie Analyse, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung von AI-Services und Integrationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von KI-Anwendungsfällen
