## Description

º Betreuung und Wartung der gesamten EDV-Infrastruktur des Unternehmens
º Neuinstallation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks sowie Peripheriegeräten
º Betreuung, Überwachung und laufende Wartung des Firmennetzwerks
º Verwaltung und Support eines IT-Systems mit rund 15 Arbeitsplätzen
º Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und technische Problemlösung
º Unterstützung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter bei IT-Fragen und technischen Anliegen
º Dokumentation, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Prozesse
º Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten sowie der Einführung neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen
