## Description

Sie möchten ein größeres Softwareteam führen und mit innovativen Anwendungen die Automatisierung in der Logistik vorantreiben?
In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für ein rund 30 köpfiges Entwicklungsteam und gestalten den gesamten Software-Lifecycle - von der Analyse über das Design bis zur Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung.
Dabei sind Sie zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund um die Softwareentwicklung., * Sie tragen die fachliche Verantwortung für ein ca. 30-köpfiges Softwareentwicklungsteam im Umfeld moderne Softwareplattformen für Logistikautomation

 * Sie arbeiten aktiv an der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Konzepten für unsere Softwareprodukte mit
 * Sie steuern den kompletten Softwareentwicklungsprozess - von der Anforderungsanalyse über das Design bis hin zur Implementierung und zum Testing
 * Sie fungieren als interne Ansprechperson für alle Fragen zur Softwareentwicklung über verschiedene Ebenen hinweg
 * Sie prüfen kontinuierlich neue Technologien und Ideen und entwickeln Entwicklungsprozesse sowie Qualitätssicherung weiter
 * Sie koordinieren Zeitpläne und Projektfortschritte mit Projektleiter:innen und Produktmanager:innen und stellen Priorisierung und Dokumentation sicher
 * Sie unterstützen die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen und stärken die Leistungsfähigkeit des gesamten Teams
