You will bridge the gap between high-level architecture and day-to-day configuration, taking ownership of the technical setup, end-to-end testing, and initial troubleshooting for new client deployments. You will work directly with Solutions Engineers and Architects to turn solution designs into reality, providing the "firepower" needed to scale our delivery. Key Responsibilities - Technical Configuration: Execute backend configurations and service setups for Instaleap's products based on specifications provided by the senior team. - Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform rigorous end-to-end testing and validation of all configurations before they go live to ensure zero-defect deployments. - Project Execution: Support the implementation of new clients by managing technical tasks within the project scope and ensuring they are completed on time. - Debugging & Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for issues identified during implementation, performing deep-dive debugging before escalating to senior engineers. - Documentation: Maintain and improve technical documentation, including configuration guides and implementation logs. - Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze metrics during the early stages of a client's go-live to ensure system stability.
