* HBO werk- en denkniveau bij voorkeur in IT, Informatica of Bedrijfskundige IT;
 * Aantoonbare werkervaring met Microsoft Dynamics Business Central;
 * Technisch inzicht en begrip van bedrijfsprocessen;
 * Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; je kunt complexe IT-zaken helder uitleggen;
 * Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
 * Projectmatig inzicht, analytisch sterk en initiatiefrijk;
 * Oplossingsgerichte en dienstverlenende werkhouding;
 * Een proactieve houding en probleemoplossend vermogen;
 * Ervaring met CRM en het Microsoft Power Platform vormt een pre;

 * Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (Engels vormt een pre).

Maak met jouw technische kennis en procesinzicht direct impact in deze nieuwe en belangrijke rol als spil in ons applicatielandschap. Je zorgt voor stabiele, goed werkende applicaties én denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en doorontwikkeling.

* Beheren en optimaliseren van gebruikte applicaties, waaronder Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central en aanverwante Microsoft- en SaaS-applicaties;
 * Ontwikkelen en beheren van oplossingen met het Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI);
 * Signaleren van verbeterkansen in processen en deze vertalen naar functionele en technische oplossingen;
 * Ondersteunen van gebruikers en key-users (2e- en 3e-lijns ondersteuning);
 * Bijdragen aan de verdere digitalisering van onze processen;
 * Afstemmen met interne stakeholders, leveranciers en implementatiepartners;
 * Zorgen voor juiste documentatie, autorisaties, updates en de continuïteit van systemen.
