## About the Role

* Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding Informatica óf een MBO ICT niveau 4 opleiding.
 * Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Business Application Manager of een vergelijkbare rol.
 * Ervaring met applicatiebeheer binnen een IT omgeving.
 * Je hebt ervaring met AI tools en weet deze in te zetten om je dagelijkse werkzaamheden te ondersteunen.
 * Heb je kennis van Woontotaal en/of InRiver dan heb je een streepje voor.
 * Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (wij zijn een internationale organisatie).
 * Het vermogen om klantvragen te vertalen naar slimme en praktische oplossingen.

Vind je het leuk om met verschillende afdelingen samen te werken en gebruikers te helpen het maximale uit applicaties te halen? Dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres. Voor ons IT-team zoeken wij een Business Application Manager die verantwoordelijk wordt voor het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van onze belangrijke applicaties WoonTotaal en InRiver.

* Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van InRiver, ons Product Information Management (PIM) systeem.
 * Beheren en configureren van WoonTotaal, onze CPQ-applicatie voor productconfiguraties.
 * Inrichten en onderhouden van gebruikers, rollen, velden en datastructuren.
 * Afhandelen van 1e en 2e lijns meldingen via TOPdesk.
 * Ondersteunen en (waar nodig) trainen van gebruikers.
 * Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en disciplines binnen de organisatie.
