Réelles capacités d'écoute et d'adaptation, rigueur, organisation, esprit d'équipe et excellentes qualités relationnelles sont vos atouts pour réussir et évoluer à nos côtés.

## Description

LES INTERIMAIRES PROFESSIONNELS TERTIAIR, Intégré au sein de l'équipe technique, vous aurez en charge :

 - L'assistance aux utilisateurs, - Le dépannage hardware (PC, imprimantes, serveurs...), - La préparation et la configuration des matériels/logiciels destinés aux entreprise (PC-Serveurs...) Environnement WINDOWS - Mission Fonctionnelle - l'analyse et la résolution des appels sur tout type d'incident :
Réseaux, messagerie, bureautique ou matériels...

 - la résolution des incidents grâce à vos compétences techniques et via les outils de prise en main à distance ou directement avec les utilisateurs,
Vous participerez également à des missions de déploiement sur le terrain.
