Profil recherché Issu(e) d'une formation en informatique vous avez eu l'occasion d'évoluer sur les environnements suivants Systèmes : Windows Outil ITSM : ServiceNow AD création ajout et suppression de droit Incidents bureautiques et applicatifs Les MDP Nous recherchons avant tout une personne avec : Un excellent savoir-être (écoute, patience, sens du service) Une bonne communication orale et écrite pour l'accompagnement des utilisateurs et la rédaction des tickets Une capacité à gérer les priorités Horaires : du lundi au samedi, entre 7h et 20h par roulement
Expérience exigée : 2 à 4 ans
Niveau d'étude souhaité : BAC +2/3
