 * Première expérience réussie en support informatique ou helpdesk.
 * Bon relationnel et sens du service.

 * Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler en équipe.

La détention du permis B sera un réel avantage pour vous afin de vous déplacer sur les différents sites.

* Diagnostic et résolution des incidents N2 matériels, logiciels et réseaux
 * PMAD
 * Gestion des VIP
 * Gestion de parc informatique
 * Gestion des comptes utilisateurs
 * Reporting
 * Participer à la préparation, au déploiement et au renouvellement du matériel informatique
 * Prise de RDV et planification des intervention
