## Description

Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Systèmes d'Informations et intégré(e) à l'équipe Informatique, vous assurez l'assistance utilisateurs pour le site du Havre et les agences distantes, participez aux activités quotidiennes et projets de la DSI (infrastructure, cybersécurité, PSSI)

Missions principales :

 * Support informatique ;
 * Gestion du parc informatique (arrivées/départs, postes, comptes AD) ;
 * Applications des procédures techniques, de cybersécurité et de la charte utilisateur ;
 * Surveillance et alerte en cas d'incident de sécurité (RSSI) ;
 * Installation et maintenance des postes et serveurs locaux ;
 * Gestion des droits d'accès, sauvegardes et sécurité des locaux techniques ;
 * Mise à jour de la documentation et force de proposition d'améliorations.
