## About the Role

Vous avez un BAC+2 en informatique avec expérience ou une licence, l'environnement industriel vous motive. Une formation qualité et un niveau d'anglais professionnel seraient un plus.

 - Bonne compréhension de l'anglais,
 - Aptitude en expression écrite et orale (rédaction de procédure, rapport installation).
 - Rigueur, autonomie, réactivité, grande capacité d'écoute et de communication, disponibilité, capacité d'anticipation et de travail en équipe.

## Description

Gestion du parc bureautique (Installation normalisée des postes (OS, antivirus, .) avec création des images systèmes et paramétrage réseau conformes aux standards PCC, installation initiale et mise à jour, ou à niveau, des équipements (matériels, composants logiciels, applications). Contrôle et audit de configuration des postes et ressources réseaux locaux. Des connaissances en Linux seront appréciées.
Gestion des comptes utilisateurs :
Administration des comptes utilisateur (création des comptes et des droits sur Microsoft active directory).
Assurer le support aux utilisateurs :
Gestion des incidents d'exploitation et réparation des ordinateurs, Support de niveau 1 : prend en charge les demandes, évalue si la demande correspond à une procédure établie. Support de niveau 2 : prend en charge les demandes non-procédures et réalise des procédures qui seront soumises à validation.
Assister à la maintenance du réseau et des serveurs d'entreprise :
Mise à jour des serveurs Windows, taches d'administration VMWare / Hyper-V
