Highly motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome! Due to legal requirements, NATO security clearance is required or must be obtained; a passport from a Eurofighter production country (UK, Germany, Spain, or Italy) is required by the client. Requirements/Knowledge/Experience: * Experience with System Administration (Level 1) * Experience with Windows Server Administration and Linux * Experience with the Windows operating system and Office applications * Experience with the Linux operating system * Experience with NB Imaging and Deployment * Experience with Directory Services * Experience with Software Deployment Tools * Experience with Virtualization Technologies * Experience with physical patching, SDN, VPN, and VLAN troubleshooting * Experience with Mobile Device Management Solutions * Knowledge of Video Conferencing Solutions * Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP, and UDP You have the necessary understanding and sensitivity to the SLAs Existing ITIL V5 Foundation certification is a plus (if not, a willingness to pursue certification) Good English skills (written and spoken) are required as well as basic knowledge of German (B2) Willingness to strictly follow client processes and internal procedures (mandatory).
