* Berufserfahrung im 1st- und/oder 2nd-Level IT-Support von Software-Produktlösungen bzw. Business-Softwarelösungen ist erforderlich

## Description

* Als IT Supporter Produktsoftware unterstützen Sie ein kleines Softwarehaus im Helpdesk für eine moderne Produktsoftware, die von diversen Unternehmen eingesetzt wird.
 * Sie nehmen Kundenanfrage per Email in einem Ticketsystem an, priorisieren, klassifizieren diese und analysieren den Störungsgrund.
 * Danach sorgen Sie für die Problemlösung im Rahmen des 2nd-Level-Supports.
 * Zug um Zug können Sie hier in den "Professional Support" hineinwachsen, technisch anspruchsvolle Tickets lösen und zunehmend mehr Verantwortung in der Beratung von Business-Kunden übernehmen.
 * In dieser Rolle ist nach einer Einarbeitung bis zu 50% Remote-Work möglich.
