Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Du entwickelst und gestaltest Infrastruktur-Lösungen über mehrere Services hinweg - mit klarem Fokus auf Effizienz, Stabilität und Kosten
Du unterstützt Service Owner bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Services im Kontext der Gesamtlandschaft
Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Infrastructure, Application Teams / Dev Teams und Enterprise Architecture
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Providern an technischen Designs (hands-on) und bringst gleichzeitig Struktur in Entscheidungsprozesse
Du stellst sicher, dass Veränderungen die gesamte User Experience verbessern und nicht nur einzelne Services optimieren
Du treibst Standardisierung und bessere Verzahnung in einer globalen Multi-Provider-Umgebung voran

Dein Verantwortungsbereich
Du arbeitest übergreifend in u.a. den folgenden Domänen: Workplace, Global Service Desk , Smart Network & Connectivity, Hybrid Cloud, Identity & Access Management und Security.
