## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

 * Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
 * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
 * Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

 * Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or similar
 * Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity basics, or virtualization
 * Knowledge of IT asset management and documentation practices
 * Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred

## Description

Finstars Capital SL is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization., * Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

 * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
 * Support Microsoft Windows environments, Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
 * Troubleshoot system, network, and user access issues in a timely manner
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets
 * Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining IT security and network stability
 * Perform routine updates, backups, and system maintenance tasks
 * Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities
 * Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
 * Support onboarding of new employees with IT setup and access provisioning
