 * Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie Identifikation von Potenzialen für Automatisierung und den Einsatz von KI
 * Begleitung von Softwareeinführungen, Updates und Migrationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareherstellern und externen IT-Dienstleistern
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen
