* Software Engineering Digital Services: Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb aller B2C und Utility Services Capabilities sowie der Sales Platform.
 * IT B2C-Commodity: Proaktive Einbringung der IT-Perspektive bei Business-Themen sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für IT-Fragen und IT-Budget-Verantwortung.
 * IT-Energiewirtschaft: Proaktive Einbringung der IT-Perspektive und zentrale Ansprechperson für IT-Fragen.
 * Lösungen für eMobilität: Sicherstellung des stabilen IT-Betriebs, Gestaltung der IT-Roadmap und Abstimmung mit den Businesszielen.
 * IT Utility Services: Proaktive Einbringung der IT-Perspektive und zentrale Ansprechperson für IT-Fragen.
 * Software Engineering Core Platforms: Verantwortung für Architektur und Software-Entwicklung von Individualsoftware für die vertrieblichen Kern-Systeme nebst Entwicklung von Backend-Systemen für Energiewirtschaft, Kundenservice, Elektromobilität, Energiedatenmanagement und Netzplattform.
 * Organizational Development: Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die organisatorische Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden, inklusive strategischer Personalplanung, Skill- und Kapazitätsmanagement, Schärfung von Verantwortlichkeiten sowie Förderung einer Feedback- und Führungskultur.
 * Portfolio Management& Methodologies: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business (Roadmap, Prioritäten, Budget& Wertbeitrag) sowie das Einbringen methodischer Kompetenz in Programm-& Projektmanagement, Requirements Management& Engineering sowie Agile Methodologies.
 * Governance: Wahrnehmung der Governance-Funktion für die EnPower-Plattform, die eMobilitäts-Plattform (EMP) und vertriebliche Applikationen hinsichtlich Technologie, Integration und Entwicklungsvorgehen.
